Commissioned art is for PERSONAL use only.

All commission requests are required to have references.

Client confidentiality is maintained during the course of the commission.

I reserve the right to decline commissions for any reasons.

My artwork is not allowed to be used for NFT, any AI engine, or sold under any circumstances.

I may share WIPS of commissioned art work as long as it has consent from the client.

You may upload my artwork just as long as i am credited.

Terms of services may be revised anytime and clients will be notified of any changes.

i will be showing progress through out the process.

any revision request while i am working on the commission will be honored.

revisions after the final product has been given to the client will have additional charges.

all payments are made through paypal

25%-50% of payment is a must before starting the work and then the remaining value will be after.

I reserve the right to own the artwork and post it as my own if the client fails to pay for the commission.
